Flu and Trapped Emotions

Flu....or Influenza A (H1N1) is a subtype of influenza A virus. H1N1 strains have caused a minor percentage of all human flu infection in 2005-2005. Other strains of H1N1 are endemic in pig (otherwise known as Swine Influenza) and birds (avian influenza).

Now what is an effective prevention, or cure if you have this particular illness.Could this particular illness be caused by a Trapped Emotional problem. In other words could an incident in your past that deeply troubled you, which in turn caused emotional pattern which never got resolved and this in some way compromised your immune system.

Let me introduce you to Dr Bradley Nelson, he wrote a book called The Emotion Code and is a self-help method that is quite often produces positive results and has wonderful benefits, both physical and emotional in nature.

What is a Trapped Emotion ?

How would we cope in this world with our emotion's ? If the sum total of all our experiences makes up your tapestry of your life, it is the emotions that you have experience that give you the rich meaning to your life.

Our Emotions really do give colour to our lives, what would our lives be if we didn't have an instrument to measure the highs and lows of what we hear, feel, see, taste, smell - it wouldn't be a life as we know it - a bland experience, almost robotic, without depth or sense of being - no arguments, no love, no hopes, no fears. It would be senseless to exist.

Much of our suffering though is due to negative emotional energy that has become 'trapped' within us. The Emotion Code is a simple and powerful method of find and releasing these trapped energies.

A number of people have found that when they free themselves of these trapped emotions they are able to live healthier and happier lives. One single trapped emotion can create both a physical and emotional problem.

For instance if you cannot move beyond your angry moment, or a temporary bout with grief and depression, this negative emotional energy can remain with our body, potentially causing significant physical and emotional stress.

Most people are amazed to find out that their ''emotional baggage'' is more literal than they had imagined. Trapped emotions actually consist of well defined energies that have a shape and form. Although they are  not visible, they are very real.

This will be continued in a future blog post.
